Mark D. Pendergrass has been in the art profession for over thirty years.  As illustrator, painter, and sculptor, his artwork has been featured on record album covers, in books, and on a variety of popular products.  For many years Mark served as visual creator for a successful series of Children's musical productions, including "The Music Machine," and "Bullfrogs and Butterflies," His designs have been employed in video animation, video puppetry, and stage production.  In conjunction with The Design Center in Wichita, his unique seasonal decor has graced malls and casinos across the country.  More recently, as a freelance artist, Mark has produced murals and sculptures displayed in libraries, retail stores, churches, and educational facilities in Wichita, Kansas and surrounding areas.  Honors include four Album Cover of the Year awards.  A native of Kansas, Mark presently resides in Wichita.

Along with receiving accolades in the art field, Mark D. Pendergrass is an accomplished songwriter.  His musical compositions have appeared on five Grammy nominated albums, six Dove Award albums, two platinum records and six international gold records.  He is most widely known as composer of "The Greatest Thing," a popular Christian worship song. 

Recently, Mark produced a CD with ten original worship and praise songs including his signature version of "The Greatest Thing."  The CD, titled "Unto You," features the voice of Joyce Patry.  With 73 minutes of play time, "Unto You" consists of ten original songs with vocals and seven separate instrumental accompaniment tracks. Instrumental tracks may be used for group worship, individual performance, or personal meditation.  This CD is available on the web site for $9.95 per unit.  (Shipping/handling: $5.00).  Total cost per unit: $14.95
